These Terms and Conditions explain AIMAITES’ Ltd. ("The Company") and our affiliate ("we", "our", or "us") Terms and Conditions to use our services, including our platforms AITutoring.me, PROTutoring.me, PROTeaching.me ("Platfroms"), websites, mobile applications, and other online services (jointly, the "Services"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 13 years old for a Student/Parent account and at least 18 to have a Tutor account and capable of consenting for yourself.

2.1 For a tutor account you must be over 18, confirm you have the right to work in the UK, don’t already have a Tutor account on any of our Platforms, have never been convicted of a criminal offence and can provide an enhanced DBS, agree that all students introduced to you through the Platforms will have lessons booked through our booking system and that if you need to rearrange then you must do this through the Platforms. 3. Accounts

• You may need to create an account to use some features of the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.

4. Use of the Service

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You will not use the Service to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or any other user’s experience.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AIMAITES or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the Service.
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content.

7. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy found on the footer of our websites or on the settings page of our app and web app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
